HapticHeist ("the App") is developed and published by Polat Software ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We take your privacy seriously and have designed this app with privacy in mind from the ground up.
HapticHeist does not collect, transmit, or share any of the following:
All game data — including your streak, statistics, best times, difficulty settings, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your Apple Watch using UserDefaults and AppStorage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
HapticHeist does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any similar service.
HapticHeist may integrate with Apple's own services (such as Game Center) in accordance with Apple's privacy practices. Any data shared with Apple is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
HapticHeist is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because we collect no personal data at all, the App is safe for children to use.
The current version of HapticHeist does not use iCloud to sync data between devices. All data remains on the device it was created on.
If we ever change our data practices in a future update, we will update this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
